About Me

Having grappled with anxiety since age 16, I've experienced first hand the negative impacts it has on both social and professional aspects of life.

Over the past 4+ years, I've explored various approaches to managing anxiety and found that fitness and nutrition played a pivotal role in overcoming my own challenges.

After reflecting on my own journey, I wanted to create a resource that supports students facing similar challenges through fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing - something I wish I had when starting my own journey.

I am currently in my final year of studying Business & Entrepreneurship at Falmouth University, and I plan to continue this project while pursuing other exciting ventures post-graduation.

After achieving my level 3 Personal Training qualification and my level 4 in nutrition, and establishing myself as a self-employed trainer specialising in at-home training, I'm excited to collaborate on this project with Fin. My work involves designing personalised nutritional programs and a hybrid training approach tailored to each client's needs.

We focus on strength and conditioning alongside high-intensity interval training to help clients build muscle, increase strength, reduce body fat, and enhance cardiovascular health. This unique approach to health and fitness is both sustainable and enjoyable, enabling clients to achieve diverse goals - from boosting confidence and aesthetics to improving functional fitness and longevity.

I prioritise meeting clients where they are and addressing all aspects that can benefit them, extending beyond diet and exercise to areas such as sleep and stress management. My background and passion for cooking also contributes significantly to my skillset as a PT, providing valuable insights into nutrition and culinary practises that benefit both my clients and this project.
